The device provides a switching capacity of 5.6 Gbps, a packet forwarding rate of 4.17 Mpps, a 1.25M buffer memory, and support for 4K MAC addresses.
The design features compact dimensions of 195 x 130 x 40 mm, a net weight of less than 1 kg (gross weight less than 1.2 kg), and adaptability for desktop or wall-mounted installation, meeting stringent IP30 ingress protection standards as well as CCC, CE, FCC, and RoHS certifications.
From the installer's and user's perspective, the device is equipped with flexible transmission interfaces supporting IEEE802.3, IEEE802.3i, IEEE802.3u, and IEEE802.3x protocols in Store and Forward mode with auto-detection and MDI/MDI-X function.
Transmission over carefully selected Category 5 or higher UTP cables reaches up to 300 meters for 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX ports and up to 100 meters for 1000BASE-TX ports.
A high level of operational safety in variable environmental conditions is guaranteed by an operating temperature range of -20°C to +55°C and relative humidity resistance from 5% to 90% RH (non-condensing). From the administrator's and installer's perspective, device management is handled via a physical DIP switch.
In the default mode, it supports port prioritization, while activation of individual AI functions significantly simplifies technical maintenance: mode E (AI Extend) enables transmission up to 300 meters with automatic single-port speed change down to 10 Mbps, mode V enables isolation and VLAN for ports 1-8, and mode D activates the AI-PoE Network auto restart function (PoE Watchdog), which automatically resolves camera issues and reduces post-sales service costs.
The switch is powered by a built-in AC 100~240V (50-60Hz) power supply delivering a total of 120W, where ports 1-8 offer an average power of 30W/15.4W, and ports 7-8 can supply a maximum of up to 60W, with total power consumption under full load not exceeding 120W.
